Shrimp and scallops sautéed in olive oil with roasted garlic, diced bell peppers, diced onions, andouille sausage, portabella mushrooms, roasted tomatoes and fresh parsley, deglazed with white wine then served over a pair of grit cakes then finished with a Creole cream sauce. $19
