We will bake, broil, sauté, grill, fry or blacken your fish. Sauces and compound butters available are Hollandaise, Béarnaise, lobster cream, tomato balsamic, Creole butter, herb butter, lemon butter, pineapple salsa, balsamic honey or sesame ginger glaze.  Served with your choice of soup or salad and two sides. $19

Crowned Filet

Seven-ounce bacon wrapped filet of beef grilled over an open flame then served over a bed of roasted garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus spears then topped with sautéed shrimp, lump crab and Béarnaise. $28

Bacon Wrapped Pork Fillets

Two four-ounce center cut boneless pork loin chops, lightly seasoned and wrapped in peppered bacon, char broiled then finished with a bourbon glaze and roasted corn salsa served with maple whipped sweet potatoes and fried cinnamon brown sugar apples. $16

Peppercorn Crusted Strip with Mushrooms

A twelve-ounce strip steak, marinated in a mix of balsamic, fresh garlic, olive oil, fresh basil, rosemary and oregano then rolled in cracked peppercorns. Grilled over an open flame to your specifications served with roasted garlic whipped potatoes, then topped with a mushroom and red wine ragu. $24

New Orleans Style Crab Cakes

Two plump cakes made from lump crab meat, the holy trinity and a blend of spices that make them unique. Fried to a golden brown and topped with a Creole remoulade sauce. Served with soup or salad and a choice of two sides. $18

Pork Chop with Apple Gnocchi Sauté

A twelve-ounce seasoned center cut chop seasoned and sautéed in butter with red onions, bacon, Granny Smith apples, raisins, mushrooms and Dijon mustard and a touch of cream then deglazed with apple brandy and tossed with potato dumplings. $17

Seafood Cappelli Pesto

Jumbo shrimp, lump crab and scallops sautéed in olive oil with fresh garlic, roasted tomatoes asparagus tips, mushrooms and artichoke hearts. De glazed with white wine and tossed with angel hair pasta and finished with our house made pesto. $24
