New Year’s Eve Menu

Join us on New Year’s Eve at The Paddock. Dinner includes four courses, with choice of entrée, and complimentary glass of champagne.

Reservations are available beginning at 5 p.m. and ending at 8 p.m. The bar will stay open as late as customers are staying.

We will have a special by the glass champagne list to go along with our regular wine and cocktail menu.

Reservations are required and the cost is $65.00 per person. For reservations, call The Paddock at 270-683-6265 ext. 106.

Starter

Fried Black Eyed Peas

Artichoke Hummus with crispy, spiced black eyed peas and bacon. Served with grilled flatbread.

Salad

Endive & Gooseberries

Fresh endive and gooseberries with Danish blue cheese, toasted pecans, pickled onions, and fig and gochujang vinaigrette.

Entrée Selections

Pan-Seared Sea Bass

Roasted butternut squash, carrot, radish, fennel, and frisee over parsnip puree.

Prime Ribeye Bordelaise

Prime grade ribeye served over pommes frites with haricot vert and mushrooms over bordelaise sauce.

Coq au Vin

Traditional french braised chicken in red wine with mushrooms and carrots. Served with pommes frites.

Dessert

Chocolate Globe Cake

Chocolate mousse encased in chocolate over chocolate hazelnut cake.
